Top Five – June 17, 2018

1. Silent Auction and Lunch

Join us next Sun, June 24 after each service for our Silent Auction to support our high school team going overseas on mission this summer. Make sure to come hungry as we will have box lunches of hamburgers or hot dogs and sides available for $5. If you have any goods, services or collectibles you would like to donate for our auction, contact Student Ministry at 894-1400 and speak to Andie (ext 032) or Todd (ext 031).

2. Share Hope with Parents

A Women’s Pregnancy Center (AWPC) is looking for women and men willing to share the love of Jesus with moms and dads facing an unplanned pregnancy. Many have little hope and believe abortion is the best option. You can be a light to these parents by coming alongside them in their fear to share the hope of Jesus and the truth about their options.

Come to the Informational Meeting on Sunday, June 17, in Room 1 (near side sanctuary entrance) after either service or contact AWPC this week to discover more about this opportunity to serve with our ministry partner AWPC.

3. Parents of Adult Children

They may be your kids, but they’re not “kids” anymore! Pastor Bob and Debbie Evans invite you to a Sat morning seminar at Wildwood on July 14, 9am-12pm, to explore the unique changes and challenges for parents to adult children. No RSVP necessary.

4. Costa Rica Supplies

Sonia and Efren Carbonell and Ellen Hicks are collecting supplies to bring to children in Costa Rica. These include soccer balls with pumps and Matchbox cars. Simply drop these off at the table in the cafe.

If you would like to financially support the mission, you can do so online at or in our mobile app.

5. Student Missions Training

Mission Training for our Tallahassee, Atlanta and Nicaragua trips continues this Wed, 5-6:30pm, in the Student Center and goes through mid-July. These training meetings are required for all students going on any of the trips.
