1. It’s “Deacon Season”

Deacon Season is open at Wildwood Church, which means we are on the hunt for more men to serve our church family as deacons. Do you have someone in mind? If you would like to nominate one or more people, pick up a nomination form near either sanctuary entrance this Sunday. Click here to view the list of current deacons.

2. Blood Drive first Sunday in August

Donate and save lives in our community! The Big Red Bus will be at Wildwood on Sun, Aug 5th. Walk-ins are welcome, or you can sign up ahead of time at

3. Men’s Ministry Breakfast

Men, have you have been involved in past men’s ministry events? Are you looking for a way to get involved in a men’s group or study? Consider joining us Sat, Aug 4 at 8am in the Fellowship Hall for breakfast and a conversation about the future of men’s ministry at Wildwood. We’ll hear from Pastors David McNeely, Bob Evans and others about how men’s ministry aligns with the larger mission and vision of our church. We will also discuss ways to connect in this important ministry. Please RSVP to Michael Neal at by July 30.

4. It’s a Back to School Bash!

Our Father’s Storehouse is back with another Back to School Bash on Tues, Aug 7! Come hang out with our neighbors anytime 4pm-7pm and help distribute backpacks and school supplies. It’s a fun and tangible way to bless families in our community!

5. Serve Families of Divorce or Separation

Help us serve adults and children going through the pain of a recent separation or divorce. We are looking for a team of 20 volunteers to provide homework assistance, prayer support, and dinner.
