UPDATE >>> Given the soggy forecast for Sep 7, we’ve decided to move the Young Couples BBQ from the Drews home to the church. It is still on for 5pm – 7:15ppm, with childcare on site (please bring $3 for the kids’ pizza/salad dinner).
This fall, connect with other young couples like you in the Wildwood Church family!
We define “young couples” as couples with or without elementary age children. It’s a busy stage in life when it’s often hard to be consistent or find consistency in community. But it can be a lot less challenging with a group of other couples who are in the same boat as you.
Whether you have kids now or are still waiting on that next step, we want to help you find a small group community specifically for young couples, a community you can call home.
It all starts with a Young Couples BBQ on Sunday evening, Sep 7th, at the home of Mitch and Gaye Drew (8025 Oak Grove Plantation Dr). The BBQ starts at 5pm and runs until about 7:30pm. Just bring a side dish, salad or dessert to share.
Its a very casual meet-and-greet style event featuring live music to set the mood. Stay as long as you like and leave when you need to.
If you have any questions about the BBQ, contact Gaye at email@example.com or call (850)545-6425.
Childcare will be available at the church during the event. Beginning at 4:45pm, simply drop the kids off with our childcare staff, and pick them up by 7:30pm. For any questions about childcare, contact Bo at firstname.lastname@example.org.
